These boards were the floor of semi-truck trailers. Freight was dragged, dropped, and strapped down on them for years, which is exactly why they look the way they do. Twelve inches wide, an inch and a quarter thick, with shiplap edges already milled in.
$14 per linear foot across all three grades, in 10, 12, and 20 foot lengths.
Three grades
Rock maple, distressed — the hardest of the three and the most heavily marked. Red and white oak, distressed — open grain, deep gouging, strong character. Red and white oak, “new” — pulled before it saw much service. Cleaner face if you want the dimension and the shiplap without the scars.
Why the shiplap matters
The rabbeted edges mean boards overlap and self-align. For an accent wall or a ceiling you can go straight up with no gaps and no visible fastener line, and you are not paying a millwork shop to tongue-and-groove anything.
What people build with it
Accent walls, ceilings, wainscoting, barn doors, and shelving. At 1.25 inches it is stout enough for a shelf that spans without sagging.

How much does reclaimed cargo flooring cost?

What are shiplap edges?
Each board is milled with a rabbet along both long edges so boards overlap and lock together. It means you can lay a wall or a floor without visible gaps and without tongue-and-groove tooling.
What is the difference between distressed and new cargo flooring?
Distressed boards were in service and carry gouges, staining, and heavy character. The "new" oak grade was pulled before it saw much wear — cleaner face, same dimensions and price.
