Super fun shapes cut out of steel and aluminum as a by-product of machine manufacturing. What is left over after the parts are punched out is a panel full of repeating geometry — and it is a much better looking screen than anything you can buy new.

$15 to $50 per sheet, priced by thickness. All roughly 2 feet wide by 4 feet tall.

Gauge matters for what you are doing

The thinnest sheets are flimsy and purely decorative — good for a hanging screen or wall art. The quarter-inch heavy-duty stock will stand on its own and take real structural duty. Price tracks thickness.

What people build with them

Trellises, room dividers, fencing, gate infills, plant screens, and wall pieces. They also pair well with the COR-TEN panels if you want a mix of solid and open in the same run.

Every batch is different, so come see what shapes are on hand. Call 720-236-0454.

FIG. 016.QQuestions

Steel Cutout Sheets — common questions

What are steel cutout sheets?

They are the leftover sheets from machine manufacturing — the negative space after shapes have been punched or laser-cut out of the stock. The result is a panel full of repeating openings that reads as a decorative screen.

How much do they cost?

Steel cutout sheets are $15 to $50 per sheet at Revolve Reclaimed, priced by thickness and gauge. All are roughly 2 feet wide by 4 feet tall.

What can I build with cutout sheets?

Trellises, room dividers, fencing panels, gate infills, plant screens, and wall art. The thin gauge is for decorative screening; the quarter-inch stock can take structural duty.
